Chile Relleno

Shredded Chicken Crispy Flour Tacos:

Ingredients Make 8 Tacos:

  • 8 Li'L Guy Fajita Size Flour Tortillas
  • 1 lb. Chicken Breast or Tenders
  • 1 Tbs. Li'L Guy Taco Seasoning
  • Li'L Guy Salsa or Taco Sauce
  • Favorite Taco Toppings
  • Oil, fryer and "Norpro" Taco Press


Set fryer at 350 degrees, place tortillas in the taco press (or pinch the two sides together lightly with tongs) and fry for approximately 30-45 seconds or until crispy, drain and set aside. In a large skillet cook the chicken, add the Tbs. of Li'L Guy Taco Seasoning while cooking, cook till browned and drain. Shred the chicken with the flat side of two forks, working in a motion from center out. Divide the shredded chicken and toppings among the flour taco shells and serve immediately. Top with Li'L Guy Salsa or Taco Sauce.

To serve place on large dish and serve with sour cream, lime wedges and fresh salsa.
