Directions:
Heat up tortillas and spread each tortilla with ½ Tbs. of mayonnaise or mustard. On each tortilla arrange half of the romaine lettuce, half of the tomato slices, half or the turkey slices, and half of the cheese slices. Season with ground basil and fresh ground black pepper to taste. Fold the right and left two inches of the tortilla towards the center, then roll from the bottom to the top until completely closed, and slice in half before serving.
